Scene: us three in the car
I say: "We should have a look round here for houses that are for sale or empty..."
from the back seat: "Good idea! We should split up in groups of one. You search left, mummy searches on the right and I go home!"
with the unsaid addendum: "and watch TV!"
Needless to say that proposal was rejected ;-)
