For some reason, I couldn't post to your other blog, so Ill try this one..

Unless Ive got something wrong, its around the other way. Lufthansa is aquiring swiss, Which will hopefull improve things. Still, can't see Lufthansa paying off Sabena's debts. More here (http://konzern.lufthansa.com/en/html/ueber_uns/swiss/)
