First there are the works round Antwerp that still have to start in earnest and are already provoking massive problems, now they discovered that on the E17 the asphalt is broken, only 1 year after they finished relaying it. Last time took a dozens lives as trucks would collide with the tails of the traffic jams...
Can't they hire some Romain engineer? Their roads are in perfect working order after 2000 years! That and making a new rule "If your truck is too heavy, then the truck and the contents will confiscated and sold for the profit of the state" would help...
