a stormy day
Jan. 19th, 2007 04:31 pmWe survived the storm all right. The house is ok, we only lost our TV for the evening because I was stupid and put little tiles beneath the foot of our T90. That made the surface usable for keeping the whole assembly in place too small and it rotated a little.
However coming back from work a streetlight (25cm by 1.5m or something) fell not more then a meter from me on the ground. Glass flew everywhere, but my tires seem to have survived.
I was coming back from a meeting where it was decided the last day at $VVVBC and consultant for $SCC would be 31/3, so from the 2nd of April I'll be working for $VVBNV. Now to plan my holidays!
