to bridge or not to bridge

After having problems for months trying to get my thompson speedtouch 510 to act as a bridge, ie be in bridging mode, I found the answer yesterday: just to a 'return to factory defaults', reset the router and then do not configure it. Then it acts as a bridge.

It only took me 2 months!
