roof finished, now on holiday

At the last moment I finished the roof (with help from a friend for the last few pieces). zoutke made pictures of me in compromising positions which you can see here and here. It was raining the last few days and when wet the roof is very slippery and because it is very steep I could easily have fallen. In fact when I went back to the house the penultimate evening I heard a strange noise, I looked back and just saw a cat slide from the roof and fall. Anyway I managed to fix it and can still count to ten on my fingers, so I'm happy.

The very next day we left on holiday and now we're relaxing in Italy.
