I'm a little surprised my work doesn't block this. But... going via a proxy server infrastructure I get 17.23Mb/s down. 43.17Mb/s up. I guess we have more people downloading than uploading in our place! (I doubt our desktop bandwidth is shared with our external facing servers; that'd be stupid).
